Benefit supper for the Round Barn
Club House at Owl’s Head Golf
Cocktails and buffet meal, with silent auction
Friday, September 27th, 5 to 10 pm
$70.00 per person
At the Annual General Meeting of the Association held on March 24, 2013, our members voted unanimously to continue financial support of renovations to the Round Barn in Mansonville.
Accordingly, the Board of Directors of Potton Heritage Association, in collaboration with the Groupe bénévole municipal de Potton, cordially invite you to attend our fundraising evening and dinner to be held in the Club House of Owl’s Head Golf on Friday, September 27, 2013. A buffet supper with choice of wine will follow the cocktail hour, beginning at 5pm on September 27th.
A silent auction during the evening will allow you to bid on objects and services donated by Association members, local artists and businesses. This is the perfect occasion to make a donation for the renovation of the Round Barn.
To reserve a ticket for the evening, at a cost of $70 per person, contact :
- Yolande Lamontagne – 450-292-0430 – lamontagneyolande@gmail.com
- Cheques for the purchase of tickets are payable to the order of Potton Heritage Association.
To give an object or to offer a service for the silent auction, contact:
- Robert Joli – 450-292-0569 – mjoli@hotmail.com
- Jean-Louis Bertrand – 450-292-0202 – bertrandjl@xplornet.com
- Please note that no charitable donation receipts will be issued for donations
to the silent auction, due to the difficulties in evaluating the value of these.
To make a cash donation for the renovation of the Barn:
- Make a cheque, with specific mention of the Round Barn, payable to
the Municipality of the Township of Potton. - Income tax receipts will be issued by the Municipality for donations of more than $20.00
- During the event, you may give your cheque to Jean-Louis Bertrand, who will ensure a follow-up and that a charitable donations receipt is issued to you.
- If you wish to make your donation directly to the Municipality, please mention that fact to Jean-Louis in order that he may follow-up.
Attached to this letter, is a donation form and the description of the acknowledgement programme managed by the Groupe bénévole municipal de Potton, chaired by Jacques Huppertz.
Our Association hopes to raise $10,000 for the Round Barn through this effort. With your help, we can reach our goal for 2013.
We sincerely hope that you will join us for what promises to be a fun evening! We thank you in advance for your contribution to the success of this event.
