Election of Board Members:
The Board of Directors consists of nine members, elected for a one year term. The nominations proposed for the Board of Directors are: Jean-Louis Bertrand, Carol Bishop, Jacques Huppertz, Sandra Jewett, Denis Lamontagne, Yolande Lamontagne, Serge Normand, Edith Smeesters and Hans Walser. Additional nominations are receivable; however, they must each be supported by five (5) members of the Association. Such nominations must be sent in writing and received by the Association at least ten (10) days before the vote by the Annual General Assembly, that is to say by March 22th 2012.
Membership renewal
You may pay our annual renewal in person before the Annual General Assembly on
Sunday, April 1st, 2012. In order to vote at that Assembly, you must be a member in good standing and present at the time of its holding.

You are cordially invited to a traditional Sugarhouse lunchto be served at the conclusion of the meeting, around 12:30 p.m. $20 per person, please bring along your beverage of choice. In order to reduce waste, we also ask everyone to bring their own dish and cutlery.
