24th Annual General Assembly,
Sunday March 23, 2014 – 10 a.m.
All members are invited to
the 24th annual General Assembly
convened for Sunday, March 23, 2014 at 10 a.m.
in the Town Hall in Mansonville
Juice, coffee and biscuits will be served from 9 :15 a.m.
Proposed Agenda:
Election to Board of Directors
Nine members of the Board of Directors are elected for a one year term.
The following persons have been nominated : Jean-Louis Bertrand, Carol Bishop, Jacques Huppertz, Sandra Jewett, Serge Normand, Janine Sourdif, Hans Walser.
Additional nominations, each supported by at least five (5) members of the Association may also be made. These nominations must be in writing and received by the Association at least ten days before the vote at the Annual General Meeting, that is to say at the latest March 13, 2014.
Membership fee renewal
You may renew your membership at the General Assembly. In order to vote at the Annual General Meeting, you must be a member in good standing and be present during the meeting.
You are cordially invited to a Spring brunch, catered by Owl’s Bread, which will be served at the conclusion of the Meeting, around 12 :30. Price : $ 20 per person. Please bring your beverage of choice.
