a guided nature immersion walk
along a Ruiter Valley Land Trust trail
in Potton, near Mansonville.
This contemplative walk
at a gentle pace
will lead you through the forest,
allowing you to experience
it in a new way
while reconnecting with nature
through all your senses.
AM session #1:

a tea ceremony and snack
