took place on Thursday 25 April 2019.

IMPORTANT NOTE

• We had to postpone the scheduled meeting on March 24^th.
• The 29^th Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, April 25^th at 4 pm.
• This Assembly will only concern the statutory obligations of the agenda below.
• We will hold a Special General Assembly next September to broaden the discussion with members as proposed in the recent letter from the President.

• Naming of an accounting firm – 2019
• Election to Board of Directors
• Adjournment

At the close of the AGM, the Mayor will present the 2018 Prize for Heritage
