Launching of the book “In the Vale”

An evening of storytelling, poetry, music, and the premiere of
Louise Abbott’s film about Sandra Jewett and the Jewett’s Store!

The launch of In The Vale, a 310-page book, will introduce you to the landscape and people who have lived in Vale Perkins over the years and generations, and is part of Tours des Arts 2022.

• The collection of posters, produced in 2009, to illustrate the history of Potton Township is now saved in the Association’s Digital Library.
• Interpretive panels placed in front of the village’s heritage buildings in 2005 complete the collection.
