Your presence is requested at the 34th Annual General Meeting of the Potton Heritage Association, which will be held as follows:
- Welcome, coffee and pastries at 9:30 am.
- Sunday April 26th, 2026, at 10 am,
- in the basement of the Saint-Cajetan Church, located in the centre of Mansonville.
All are welcome. However, only members in good standing shall have the right to vote on matters calling for such a vote during the meeting; in good standing means having paid their 2026 membership dues.
Additional information:
- Please confirm your attendance by email (apphaw@gmail.com) before April 17th, 2025, so that we may plan the breakfast accordingly.
- The meeting venue will open at 9:30 am.
- Starting with the year 2022, dues were made compulsory again to become or remain a member in good standing of the Association;
- Membership dues remain at $20/person, for now;
- Dues are payable cash, by check or via Interac transfer.
- When a donation is made or added to dues, APPHA will automatically issue a receipt valid for tax purposes in the amount of the donation;
- Two attendants will be available at the greeting desk from 9:30 to help you with your payment of dues. Be sure to arrive in advance, if you need to attend to this. Thank you! !
