Par souci de prudence et de solidarité, compte tenu de la situation exceptionnelle causée par l’épidémie de COVID-19, il est proposé par la présidente Sandra Jewett, appuyée par le vice-président Serge Normand, que le conseil d’administration de l’Association du Patrimoine de Potton reporte la tenue de son assemblée générale, prévue initialement le 5 avril 2020, à une date ultérieure.

at the Town Hall in Mansonville

Election to Board of Directors
Nine members of the Board of Directors are elected for a one year term. The following (4) persons have been nominated and confirmed their willingness to serve: Carol Bishop, Sandra Jewett, Thierry Roger and Lorraine Rouillard.
Additional nominations, each supported by at least five (5) members of the Association may also be made. These nominations must be in writing and received by the Association at least ten days before the vote at the Annual General Meeting, that is to say at the latest March 27th, 2020.
Membership fee renewal
You may renew your membership at the General Assembly. In order to vote at the Annual General Meeting, you must be a member in good standing and be present during the meeting.
At the close of the AGM you are cordially invited to join in a light lunch.
The cost per person is $15.
Please bring your preferred beverage.
