Additional nominations, each supported by at least five (5) members of the Association, may also be made. These nominations must be made <i>in writing<\/i> and received by the Association at least ten days before the vote at the Annual General Meeting, i.e. at the latest <b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">March\u00a014, 2013<\/span><\/b>.<\/p>\n<p><b>Membership Fee Renewal <\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">You may renew your membership at the meeting. In order to vote at the Annual General Meeting, you must be a member in good standing and be present at the meeting. You are cordially invited to a traditional <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b><i>Sugarhouse lunch<\/i><\/b><\/span>, catered by <b>Owl\u2019s Bread<\/b>, which will be served at the conclusion of the Meeting, around 12:30<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Price: 20$ per person.
