{"id":5012,"date":"2026-04-12T11:48:43","date_gmt":"2026-04-12T15:48:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pottonheritage.org\/?p=5012"},"modified":"2026-04-12T11:58:35","modified_gmt":"2026-04-12T15:58:35","slug":"annual-general-meeting-april-26","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pottonheritage.org\/?p=5012","title":{"rendered":"Annual General Meeting | April 26"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Welcome to all!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your presence is requested at the 34<sup>th<\/sup> Annual General Meeting of the Potton Heritage Association, which will be held as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Welcome, coffee and pastries at 9:30 am.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sunday April 26<sup>th<\/sup>, 2026, at 10&nbsp;am,<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>in the basement of the Saint-Cajetan Church, located in the centre of Mansonville.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;All are welcome. However, only members in good standing shall have the right to vote on matters calling for such a vote during the meeting; in good standing means having paid their 2026 membership dues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<strong>Additional information<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Please confirm your attendance by email (<a href=\"mailto:apphaw@gmail.com\">apphaw@gmail.com<\/a>) before April 17th, 2025<\/strong>, so that we may plan the breakfast accordingly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The meeting venue will open at 9:30 am.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Starting with the year 2022, dues were made compulsory again to become or remain a member in good standing of the Association;\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Membership dues remain at $20\/person, for now;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dues are payable cash, by check or via Interac transfer.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When a donation is made or added to dues, APPHA will automatically issue a receipt valid for tax purposes in the amount of the donation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Two attendants will be available at the greeting desk from 9:30 to help you with your payment of dues. Be sure to arrive in advance, if you need to attend to this.
