The members of the Board of Potton Heritage, their spouses and children are eligible to participate, given the symbolic nature of the prizes awarded.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Photos must have been taken in the Township of Potton.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Each contestant may submit a maximum of five (5) photographs in printed form. Since display space at the Festival is limited, the Association reserves the right to reduce the number of photographs displayed per entry.\u00a0 If this is necessary, the contestant will decide which to display.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Printed photographs may be either in 8 x 10\u2019\u2019 or 8 x 12\u2019\u2019format; and may be either in black and white, or colour.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Each entry must be clearly identified on the back with the photographer\u2019s name, telephone number, e-mail, and mailing address, in addition to the name of the subject and where the photo was taken. If available, please include details about owner(s), history or architecture of the building.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">To be included in the contest, printed copies of all entries must be sent to the Potton Heritage Association, C.P. 262, Mansonville, Qc J0E 1X0; or handed to Christian Smeesters, 3 chemin Maurice-Cot\u00e9, Mansonville, Qc J0E 1X0,\u00a0[450-292-0547] at the latest one (1) week prior to the FMP, August 6, 2016.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Printed photographs will be returned after the contest<span style=\"text-decoration: line-through;\">,<\/span> by simply asking Christian Smeesters.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Association will also accept digital photos for publication on the Association\u2019s website. Only those in jpg. format that do not surpass 2Mo will be accepted for publication. These photos must be sent to the following e mail address<br \/>\n<a href=\"mailto:concoursphoto@patrimoinepotton.org\">concoursphoto@patrimoinepotton.org<\/a><br \/>\nor by USB stick to Christian Smeesters.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Please note that digital format is optional.
