GENERAL MEETING OF MEMBERS
OF POTTON HERITAGE ASSOCIATION
HELD SUNDAY, APRIL 17th

Presenting the results of the survey … Serge Normand pointed out that some comments questioned the disparity between an individual membership at $25 and the family’s at $35. Why is this amount not more equitable?
- Jean-Louis Bertrand indicates that this very dilemma has persisted for a number of years and noted that according to our Bylaws, it is the Board which fixes the membership fee. The Assembly may however give an opinion on the subject, if desired.
- It is moved by Robert Joli, seconded by Denis Lamontagne, and resolved on a majority vote, that the family rate be increased from $35 per year to $40 and this, beginning January 1, 2017.
